By accessing or using PSECS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Who We Are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PSECS. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use PSECS.

To play PSECS, you must create an account using a valid email address of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Automated / Bot Accounts

PSECS officially supports automated players ("bots") through our published API. Bot accounts are subject to the same rules as human player accounts. There are no separate tiers or special permissions for automated players — if it's against the rules for a human, it's against the rules for a bot.

3.3 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately at privacy@psecsapi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. License to Use PSECS

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PSECS for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. This license does not include the right to:

5. Ownership of Game Content

5.1 Our Property

All content, code, graphics, game mechanics, data, and intellectual property comprising PSECS — including in-game items, ships, resources, tokens, sectors, and the game economy — are owned by or licensed to Lets All Play Together LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any game assets to you.

5.2 Your Account

You own your account in the sense that you control access to it. However, your account and all associated in-game progress, items, and token balances exist on our servers and are subject to these Terms. We grant you a limited license to use and enjoy these assets while your account is in good standing. This license terminates if your account is suspended or terminated.

5.3 No Real-World Value

In-game tokens and assets have no guaranteed monetary value and are not redeemable for cash or any real-world currency. The in-game economy is subject to change at any time at our discretion.

6. Tokens and Payments

8. Enforcement and Termination

8.1 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to PSECS, its players, or Lets All Play Together LLC. We are not obligated to provide warnings prior to taking action.

8.2 No Refunds on Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you forfeit any remaining token balance or in-game assets. No refunds will be issued.

8.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@psecsapi.com. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any unused tokens except as provided in Section 6.2.

9. Disclaimers

PSECS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that PSECS will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of PSECS at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lets All Play Together LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of PSECS, including but not limited to loss of in-game progress, tokens, or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PSECS shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lets All Play Together LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of PSECS.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

12.1 Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at privacy@psecsapi.com and give us 30 days to attempt to resolve the issue informally.

12.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of PSECS shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Colorado, or remotely if both parties agree.

12.3 No Class Actions

You and Lets All Play Together LLC each waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis only.

Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Colorado to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

12.5 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on our website. Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lets All Play Together LLC regarding PSECS.
